Happy 6 months birthday to my babe!

Dear C,
     You are 6 months old today! Where has the time gone? These past 6 months have flown by.  Before we know it, we will be celebrating your first birthday.  I remember, so clearly, like it was yesterday when you were in my belly. I loved feeling you move around and wondering what body part was poking me. Is it an arm? Leg? Foot? Your bottom? I loved going to the doctor to be able to have the chance to listen to your heartbeat.  It was such a calming sound.  Being pregnant was the best but what made it even better, was the day you were born. I was so anxious to meet you, to hug and kiss you, and to give you endless cuddles and love that I forgot all about labor and how nervous I was to experience it. Well, I look back and think, oh that wasn't bad at all. What was I nervous about??  I created a life and here you are in my loving arms. It was love at first sight.   
     Well, six amazing months have past.  We had a rough start with you being jaundiced, breastfeeding mishaps, and many sleepless nights.  But, I wouldn't take it back at all.  In matter of fact, I would do it all over again.  You are the love of our lifes. You smile and laugh all the time. I love it when you smile at me. It always makes my day so much brighter. You have the cutest laugh, it is contagious. You have tried rice and oatmeal cereal, bananas, peas, and carrots. I think you like oatmeal and carrots the best. You love when it is mealtime and you always finish your helping and sometimes even "ask" for more.  I am teaching you baby signs.  So far, I have taught you all done, eat, more, and diaper.  I am waiting for the day you sign back to me.  You can sit unsupported for a few seconds. You don't like it when I leave the room to make your breakfast even though you can see me in the kitchen. You just started wearing 6 month clothes. You weigh 13.13 lbs (5%) and are 25.5 inches (25%). You sleep through the night, most nights. You love to play on your play mat and talk. You have a few friends who you are starting to interact with. You like to take short naps or party all day with me (not party, but have me as company but we call it partying in our house). You are almost rolling over from your back to belly, almost. You are my WOD partner. You like to Skype with Nana and Gigi, sometime Poppy and Pepere participate in the conversation.
     I can't wait to see what the next six months will bring us.  I love you so very much!!
